The plot of Indori Ishq revolves around the relationship between young lovers Kunal Marathe (Ritvik Sahore) and Tara (Vedika Bhandari), and how it changes with time.
The plot opens with a twelve-year-old boy named Kunal Marathe making sweet attempts to win over his classmate Tara. Finally, Kunal Marathe is able to ask Tara to marry him. Kunal and Tara’s love story starts out beautifully. Kunal leaves Indore after completing his education and relocates to Mumbai to join the navy. As soon as Tara dumps him for someone else, his peaceful life turns upside down. Soon after, Kunal develops a dependence on alcohol and starts smoking like a chimney. Unable to enroll at the naval college, he goes to a strange, run-down room in Darukhana where he spends his days missing Tara and smoking like a chimney. Later, when Kunal’s luck runs out, Tara manipulates him once more.
