Facial Exercises: We will learn about 5 anti aging exercises for the face which help you to look younger, remove wrinkles around the mouth, get rid of double chin and get rid of the problem of aging.
Before starting anti-aging facial exercises, do these:

Facial Exercises
1. Forehead Exercise:
Make sure to do this exercise regularly. It will help to get rid of forehead wrinkles and lift the brows and you will look younger for longer.
- Place your fingers on your eyebrows, as shown in the video.
- Press firmly.
- Then lift your eyebrows with the opposite fingers.
- Hold 1 second and repeat the exercise 10 times, then release.
- Repeat this exercise 5 times. After the last set, hold for 10 seconds until you feel the burn.
2. Eye Exercises:
This exercise is perfect for those who work on the computer all day in the office and their eyes are tired, it will also tone your eyelids.
- Place your three middle fingers under your eyebrows and place the middle fingers directly on the brow bone.
- Raise it up a bit.
- Now close your eyes tightly,
- Wait for 1 second. Repeat 10 times, then release.
- Repeat the entire set 10 times. When doing the last set, close your eyes tightly and hold for 10 seconds, then release.
3. Cheek Lift:
This exercise will improve the shape of your face. Do this exercise to tone all the muscles of the lower face, lift and define cheekbones.
- straighten your fists and place them directly on the cheekbones
- Press down firmly, making an 0-shape with your mouth, so that you feel a stretch. Try to smile by lifting the corners of the mouth while maintaining the shape. You should feel your cheekbones rising.
- Keep smiling for 1 second. release. Do 50 repetitions.
- For the last time, hold the smile for 10 seconds until you feel a burning sensation.
4. Smooth the nasolabial line:
You will get many benefits from this exercise, it will help to plump your lips, eliminate nasolabial wrinkles and tone the area around your nose.
- Place your index finger on the nasolabial line (a line from your nose to your mouth), press down firmly, and lift up.
- Then make an 0-shape, creating resistance with your lips.
- You should feel the stretch. Hold for 1 second, repeat 10 times
- Then rest and repeat the same process with 5 more sets (50 times in total).
- When doing the last, stay in this position for 10 seconds until you feel a burning sensation.
5. Neck and Jaw:
If you want to have a beautiful neck, then definitely do this exercise, in the video it is explained how to do it, it will tone and strengthen your neck and reduce your double chin.
- Place your hands on your neck as if you are suffocating, resting on your collarbones.
- Place your tongue behind your front teeth.
- Tilt your head up as if you’re trying to kiss your hand while gripping the ceiling resistance.
- Stop and relax for 1 second. Do 5 sets with 10 repetitions.
- Hold the last repetition for 10 seconds until you feel the burn.
